What our systems could do for you –
Jobs/assignments are input at your office, which then get automatically sent out to your remote workers handheld unit.
Each job has a predict time frame to be completed in
Once the remote worker has finished the job they click to complete the job on the handset (and can get a signature if necessary) which then automatically updates your internal system.

IF however, - The job isn’t completed in the predicted time – The system automatically sends a message to the remote worker's handset.
IF, - the remote worker is ok, they respond back with their designated code word, and the system takes no further action –
IF however, the worker doesn’t respond – an alert is instantly generated, which can either be e-mail or texted back to base, which allows a supervisor to take appropriate action.

This is also coupled with a GPS tracking programme in the handheld unit, so not only do you know when they may be in trouble, but also their exact location (to a tolerance of 3m).

So therefore, not only are you monitoring their location, but you are also actively trying to ensure their safety at all times, all of which is increasingly vital, plus complying with HSE duty of care regulations.

General

As all the software is designed in house, this enables us to very offer flexible solution to any problem.Our systems are web based, which means that you don’t have to change any of your internal IT to access it, and there is therefore no downtime in incorporating new functions (broadband internet required).

The handheld units for your system will be normally provided for free, either from your current mobile provider, (or by switching to one of our preferred networks) just by extending your contract.

The handheld units, being Microsoft based, are simple to use so require minimal training for your staff
